The app won’t allow any calibration. No movement of compass hands.

It doesn’t know where I am…. I says I’m on several streets away from my actual destination

Why is it when I am driving and open the Compass ⊘ app I have to rotate my phone 180° so the dial matches my proper direction?

Works like a charm. Keeps me on a correct course . Great for the Woods.

The app does not work.

I suppose I should say that obviously the compass does point north just as it should when you are in areas with cell coverage. Of somewhat more use is the fact that when you are in the Yosemite high country/back country where there is no cell reception the compass still points north and is fully functional.

Good for indication only, a good sense of direction needed. I took a hike ,2 miles in the woods with a geological survey map and this app as my only direction finder, much to my surprise, it worked fine but does require a lot of interpretation, good lock.

I like that it can show true north and magnetic

Longitude and latitude only thing its missing Maybe geo logging...?

North reads 30 degrees to the east, should be 15 degrees. My address is way off, I can’t enter my true address. Perhaps that is the problem.

Wherever i go and seems lost , I just tap my compass and voila I’m back on track

I’m not sure what the problem is. The app seemed to download fine. But when I open it, it just sits there. It doesn’t move. Like it’s a pic of a compass. There no calibration or adjustments just a change in the compass look. Very dissatisfied!!

It is a scam. It is not free: once you download it, they ask you to purchase the updated version for 1.99

This application is more often inaccurate. I live in Choctaw Oklahoma, the road system is “generally” streets named by numbers... ne. 23rd Street, ne. 10th etc. I pull into a parking lot (car parked facing say, north), I activate the app, holding my iPhone flat and “level” with top of my phone unquestionably pointing North... yet the app will indicate West? Or East? Or a reading of roughly West North West. Maybe 10% of my readings are correct. In my humble opinion.

The app crashes on launch on my iPad 3 using the final version of iOS 9. None of the later versions of iOS can be installed on an iPad 3. The app has been updated and now works on my iPad 3. I increased the rating to 5. A very nice app and support is outstanding.

Thank you for the new ALTITUDE feature! Please add SETUP option to include ALTITUDE in FEET vs M.

Great compass that is easy to read. I really like the address bar. It would be helpful if the altitude could be set to FEET.

Needs to be in feet

Needs settings for feet for altitude. And more faces. Other than that it's a nice compass.

Says North no matter where you turn

The needle doesn’t spin the direction you point is like a physical compass. That is why I downloaded this. I even paid $1.99 hoping that would help. There is no instruction.

Got this compass and the pointer does not move at all, first compass I ever had where the needle/ pointer doesn’t point

The latest version, set to magnetic north, is off by 40 degrees when compared to my nice hiker’s compass. Can’t get the app to read correctly no matter what I do.

I am in USA and here compass is backwards. Figured this out after paying for it! No way to reverse it in settings that I can find.

No altitude No dayglow

I really enjoy using this compass. The color contrast is great and it usually is right on in helping to determine which direction you are facing/traveling.

Do NOT upgrade to latest version. It now features full screen ads, posting ads under your name in your social media feeds and it will try to trick you into buying the “full” version when you try to close it. Basically it become malware.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone 6. So far not able to access help support either. Charged me for the upgrade with no support. Looks like another scam.

Compass is a simple yet well designed and effective navigation application. Upon purchase if the free version users will get a classic compass interface that displays above the main design your location and the compass itself the coordinates steadily changing dependent on your movement. The app also has a paid version that will allow you to customize the compass interface using different themes and removes the ads as well. Compass works well as a guide for those who are using or are dependent on an iPhone or iPad device.

It will be better if it had 4 needles showing 4 direction

Lousy

Not certain if it’s the app or my iPhone 6(the worst phone I’ve ever owned BRW), but this app doesn’t work properly. The needle doesn’t swing and/or the compass rose doesn’t rotate.
